Outkast Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Horrible performance today. I would not like to see this guy in a Bills uniform by the time we're playoff ready.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 There is an article about a Buffalo native who's tearing up the CFL as a kicker (as much as one can "tear it up" as a kicker). Might be worth a look-see.
Alaska Darin Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Good thing KC's kicker was way better, huh? Anyone at the game tell me how bad the wind really was?
Thailog80 Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 He looked bad today. Has he missed three out of his last four attempts?

Outkast Posted November 14, 2005 Author Posted November 14, 2005 Good thing KC's kicker was way better, huh? Anyone at the game tell me how bad the wind really was? 501963 If memory serves me correctly, I think Lindell's attempts were much shorter than Tynes'.
RI Bills Fan Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I think the winds might have had just a little to do with those two misses. BTW The look on Lindell's face after the second miss was classic. That ball appeared to do a ninety degree turn on my TV.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Good thing KC's kicker was way better, huh? Anyone at the game tell me how bad the wind really was? I've heard some say it was bad and others say it wasn't. I don't know if the "it wasn't bad" crowd meant in general, while the "it was bad" meant during the FG attempts?
SDS Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Yeah, i would be hard pressed to blame Lindell without knowing the wind conditions. His second one was hit dead nuts straight and it looked like God batted it out of the air.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I thought it was interesting in the Pats game that Lindell missed a kick that sailed left, and later-on Vinatieri kicked from almost the same spot and did the same thing. Okay, like I said, I thought it was interesting.
Alaska Darin Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Speaking of wind, did anyone see the Bears' kicker miss his FG? That was the worst blow job I've ever seen (didn't know that was actually possible).
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Speaking of wind, did anyone see the Bears' kicker miss his FG? That was the worst blow job I've ever seen (didn't know that was actually possible). Yeah, I saw that. That was pretty impressive. Paris Hilton would be proud.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why theyu actually attempted it in the 1st place!

SDS Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Divine intervention? 501988 It was a figure of speech. Everyone knows He was playing Miami today...
Sound_n_Fury Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Good thing KC's kicker was way better, huh? Anyone at the game tell me how bad the wind really was? 501963 Those TV shots of the ball taking a right or left hand turn right in front of the goal posts on three of the four missed FGs were wild. The look on RL's face on the second miss was priceless, too. Oh, the humanity!
EC-Bills Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Speaking of wind, did anyone see the Bears' kicker miss his FG? That was the worst blow job I've ever seen (didn't know that was actually possible). 501983 I was cracking up watching those.
EC-Bills Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 The wind was defintely nasty today. I guess my question would be how come Christie could make kicks in these conditions and not Lindell?
daquixers_is_back Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Wow - how sad. The guy is hitting nearly 81% of his kicks (17 for 21). He is 7-8 from 30-39 and 6-8 from 40-49 and 1-1 from 50+ ... How much more could you ask for from a kicker that is kicking in BUFFALO ?

Just my 2 cents.
