Yet in Oakland the Bills' offense, with Holcomb at QB, was able to put up 17 points. It makes you wonder, but I still think the Bills would have lost in Tampa even with Holcomb.

Perhaps its because oaklands defense is widely viewed as being among the league bottom feeders, while Tampa's defense is widely viewed as one of the leagues best.

Nahhhhhhhh, the opposing defense wouldnt have anything to do with why we socred 3 vs Tampa and 17 vs oakland. It was all KH. You are treating him like ESPN treats brewski (We're not worthy!)

Im not putting up 0-8, 1-7, 7-1 and 8-0 for realistic purposes....

I voted for 4-4.....I bet the Bills win that Atlanta game with Kelly in the lineup.....and wouldnt this board be whistling a different tune about this team if they were 4-4?

In both games, the Bills' offense as a whole was dominated by the other team's defense as a whole. No running game in either case, no pass protection. Putting up 17 points under those circumstances--as Holcomb did at Oakland--is impressive.
