BenchBledsoe Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 Does anyone know what ever happened to Ronnie "Psycho" Raines of the Los Angeles Thunderbirds pro roller derby team? He was probably the best roller derby player of our generation. The way he could skate and elbow the other guys was stuff of legend. If you never saw this master in action, you missed one of the all-time greats. But, alas, today he's probably selling junk in some seedy part of Hollywood, unable to capitalize on his fame. The Lady Thunderbirds best-ever player, if you'll recall, was "Skinny" Minny Miles. She was the fastest skater in the league.
