RuntheDamnBall Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 4 games. Where's the bus ? 486032 It's the little, short one to your left. All aboard!
Realist Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 The Lines are the top needs. Anything else can wait. If we do nothing but draft all OL and DL and do the same in Free Agency, I'd be happy. Also, the coaching staff has got stop getting cute. Play to your strengths...thats all they should be doing.
seq004 Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 1 Line help Line help Line help 2 Phillip Rivers 3 Line help 4 Corner to replace Nate 5 A new GM
bill in Livonia Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 The most imediate need is a defensive tackle such as Pat williams.
Mark VI Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 !@#$ Phillip Rivers and his weak sidearm delivery. Could you see him trying to complete a pass in our stadium beyond 15 yards during the windy November/December games ? You've got to be kidding. He makes Holcomb look like Elway. " Wait. I've heard of him... "
BuffOrange Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 1) OL 2) DL 3) more DL 4) more OL 5) safety

TDRupp Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 Borrowed and almost reversed from another post on the first page. I did remove the coaching and added some. Priorites for Draft and Free Agency and what I would draft/sign would depend and who is available and at what cost or draft position. #1 LT, Big Wide Receiver, DT #2 DE, G/C, QB (----draft one with potential in rounds 3-5, as I like the concept that you can't have enough good/great QB options....especially if you don't ANY proven very good/great QB's. Look at Atlanta now. I bet they get a 1st or 2nd rounder for Schaab in a year or two. HE was the guy I wanted the Bills to take, not JP. I hope I am wrong but so far it does not look good to me...) #3 CB, S, LB If we don't keep big Mike add a RT to #2

billsfanone Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 Couldn't you have written that in logarithm form to make it more understandable? 486075 I figured by the 20th post, every position would have been listed. I wanted to stir it up a bit.
firstngoal Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 #1 - Left Offensive Tackle #2 - Defensive Tackle Those two are the only HUGE Needs this team has but another Guard, Receiver (because Moulds will be gone after this year), Defensive End (that can consistently put heat on the QB) and some kind of direction on who the Qb will be next season as well.

Rico Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 I'm going to hate myself for asking this Q:, I'm sure, but in your opinion, what are this team's top needs heading into the 2006 season? 485860 A new fanbase.

1959BillsFan Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 Seeing as how the last two drafts were concentrated with offensive skill positions (10 out of 12 on offense with only 3 o-linemen). I see defense in need as much as the o-line. 1) DT 2) Right Tackle 3) CB 3a) Outside LB 4) Center/Guard 5) Inside LB 6) Center/Guard 7) Strong Safety Free Agents: 1) CB, 2) Strong Safety, 3) ILB, 4) Left Guard 5) Right OT 5) TE WR=> Aiken TE=> Euhus RT=> Rookie RG=> Rookie FB=> Shelton Center=> Duke Preston QB=> Losman LG=> Gandy RB=> McGahee LT=> Peters WR=> Evans DE=> Kelsey OLB=> Spikes CB=> Rookie DT=> Anderson MLB=> Fletcher FS=> Vincent DT=> Rookie OLB=> Rookie SS=> Rookie or FA DE=> Schobel CB=> McGee

And Sam Aiken???? Shirely you can't be serious.... JDG
VABills Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 Rivers is the NCAA’s second all-time leading passer with 13,484 yards. 486636 And Tim Coach was #1. Who cares, what you do in college doesn't mean sh-- in the NFL.

This team has invested in JP and will give him every chance to succeed in this later half of the season....I think it is too early to write off this kid.
