The bills have NOT had effective drafts and have tried to build a team using free agents and other teams castoffs. beyond that, the drafts always seem to focus on skill positions instead of upfront positions. we've used two first round picks on QBs, including one that wasn't worth it and got away free. and while we're at it, we're on our second coach and he hasn't proved that he's anything better than the first. anyone remember John Fox, Marvin Lewis, and Charlie Weiss? what's wrong with the team is we have a mediocre GM who somehow got the reputation for being a great judge of talent.
