He probably could beat out our starting guards. He is injury prone though, which is why the Chargers traded him away.

Apparently, between his injury and his contract ending after this season, Marty just decided to cut bait. That's just coming from some average Chargers fans, though, not any major "inside sources" - so make of it what you will...
