A court order can require the promoter to send his money (or at least a percentage of it) to the victims' families. For whatever reason, the families haven't pursued it. 478173[/snapback] Good for them, but I wish they could hand the settlement over to a charity that could use the money AND would be willing to force the issue. I don't blame the family for not pursuing it, they need to get on with their lives. He should never be allowed to forget it and move on.
