I am just curious how many of us posting were actually there at the game? I for one was not...but there seemed to be a different vibe in the stands with Holcomb takin care of things...

am I right or wrong...hard to tell on tv.

actually, no, IMO. Getting out to a big lead and winning were the vibe. Like me, I think most in attendance will pull for whomever lines up under center, as long as they are wearing our jersey.

Holcombe was better, but only marginally so. The Fins adjusted and the Bills offense sputtered in the 2nd half, just as it did with Losman. So that tells me it's a coaching and play-calling issue.

There was a different vibe in the Maguire Club. Joe Cocker played before kickoff.

Gotta love the perks. We were chugging Kool-Aid by the keg.

I was there yesterday and on opening day againt the Texans. The vibe was very similiar to me. I do not think the QB change made significant crowd difference.

The 12th Man really was there to support the defense though.

The main difference was the nailbiting at the end. To be honest, the 2nd half of the opener was kinda boring football. ;)

I was there too. I was right at the 20-yard line when Miami was making that big push at the end. A guy two rows behind me said, "Say, anyone remember that last drive on opening day last year?"

I gulped. I gulped hard.
