I am hoping that the reason behind benching JP isn't to try and make the playoffs. It is to try and make JP a better QB. Bench him for a start or 2 or 3. Maybe just for the first half. I dont know. But hopefully, JP will settle down, loosen up, and come back with more determination. A better understanding of how to play QB. And maybe with a FUG you Attitude and somethinng to prove. Maybe MM just wants to tell the kid, "hey, I WILL put someone else in there. So. if you want to be the leader, then BE the Fuggin leader and win some fuggin games." You know what I mean. Kick him in the Arse... Because whether we like it or not, JP is the future. And I hope that TD and MM have the bigger picture in mind, not just "hey lets win a few games". I want to win a Superbowl.
