BenchBledsoe Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Hey, Gibbs has the Skins on the right track. . . I'm sure Marv would do the same. He WOULD take the job. . . that is well documented. Give that senior citizen a chance!
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Or, you can always pop in an old tape.
BenchBledsoe Posted October 3, 2005 Author Posted October 3, 2005 I have, I have. The Marv years were probably the last time I really felt hope. . . and enjoyed watching this team play.
Mile High Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Can he bring his old offensive line with him? 462523[/snapback] Yeah no sh--.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 i have never seen such atrocious play in all the years i have watched this team play...and it is obvious they are poorly coached. it may have been worth waiting the few weeks to let the pats win the SB and then hiring weis instead of going with the "we have to have our staff in place" line.

In the grand scheme of things, what's better: MM with a few extra weeks, or Charlie Weis minus a few weeks?. . . nuff said. Can't believe they passed on CW. It would have hurt a division rival at the same time. . . and at that time CW hadn't interviewed yet with The Irish.
