I guess this is coming to the forfront with the Eddie Curry thing. Heres a link http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2176913 One part of me says this is a really slippery slope, and it could go from the fields to the office really quick. The other side says I'm going to invest big time money in a guaranteed contract, I got a right to know and perform all the due diligence I can. In the end, I really think this is a bad idea. There is a dangerous precedence that might be set here. Not just the sporting teams, but for the regular work force. It could effect you getting health and life insurance.
