Buffalo on a Sat. night

Sorry if this isn't the correct forum for this but I am going to the game so I guess it has something to do with the Bills, right?

My gf and I are coming up from CT. (boo to 6 hour drives) for the game against the Jets, coming up on Saturday and leaving Monday. We're staying at The Hampton Inn at the airport and we were looking for stuff to do on Saturday night. We're in our mid to late 20's and love going out to the bars and all that stuff. Does anyone have any ideas on places we should check out while up in Buffalo? I think we already planned on going to Niagra Falls on Sat. but I have no clue about the Buffalo nightlife on Sat. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Don't waste your time going to NF. It's a dump (unless you're going to Canada).

I'm qualified to say that because it's my hometown. Most of my relatives still live there. Home cooking is the only reason I go back.

The big club district is Chippawa Street from Main Street to Elmwood Avenue. There are other clubs a short walk along Delaware, Franklin, and Michigan. Also find clubs on Allen Street (aka Allentown) and Elmwood Ave near Bidwell (aka The Elmwood Village)

Best bet is to pick up an Artvoice weekly paper for club listings etc. Get your beauty rest because bars in Buffalo close at 4am.

If you go to the Falls, head for Canada. Do not waste your time on the US side. Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino. Your girlfriend the open-minded type? Take her to the Sundowner or the Dollhouse for a lap dance. I think the Doll House has male dancers for the ladies.. Both are on Lundy's Lane, many miles west of the Falls. Sundowner is where a lot of NFL players go after the game. Bring lots of $20's.

Day of the game, if you'd rather have a nice breakfast rather than tailgate, go to the Original Pancake House on Union Rd. @ Orchard Park Blvd. Awesome omelets and pancakes. Expect a 10-15 minute wait for a table for two.

When your done, it's just 5 minutes down Southwestern Blvd. to Ralph Wilson Stadium. Go to the Fieldhouse and hang out before the game.
