His offensive and defensive game plans were laughable and he seems to have no ability to adjust whatsoever come halftime. He's got players openly criticising the staff, he's got a runningback that hates his guts, he sits his best offensive player on third down, he pulls starting offensive lineman because they're tired. Hello???? Maybe lack of conditioning Mike???? Either call out yourself for the team being 1-2 or shut up till you at least beat another team agian.
