I have noticed long before I read this stuff that planes contrails are much thicker then they used to be, last longer, and tend to form clouds. Scott Stevens is a weatherman in Idaho that quit his job to pursue his theorys. He is currently doing the talk show circuit and was just on OReily. That the Sun is being stimulated by an outside civilization and we are trying to slow those climate altering effects on the Earth with this spraying. I doubt this guy QUIT his job as a weatherman. Cirrus clouds are high level clouds that are usually at least 20,000 feet in the air. They are frozen supercooled waterdroplets that require high altitudes to achieve freezing of the supercooled waterdroplets. Cirrus clouds usually are harbingers of a coming storm in the upcoming day or two. It is similar to the theory when the moon has a halo around it it means it will rain in the next few days. High altitude shifts usually indicate future weather the next few days. Any meteorologist will tell you that Cirrus clouds at 6000 feet is remarkably odd. As for the Tesla Howitzer- I didnt make that up. The Soviets have been developing Scalar weapons since Kruschev.
