Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 What is your take on JP? How much longer should MM wait before benching him? 454653 If you bench JP, you may as well cut him. Period. He'd got to finish out the year, whether you HotPockets types like it or not. How's he going to get experience unless he plays?

Only with experience will the game slow down a bit for JP, and he can just be an athlete instead of trying to think his way through the game.

They'll scream that he's a bust after THREE WHOLE STARTS. I am embarrassed to be a Bills fan today.

CoachChuckDickerson Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 as am i...i should pull up palmer's stats from last season, when he sucked in the 1st 6 games, and tore it up his last 8... 454947 Allow me.... CARSON PALMER 2004 first 6 games: 1 nyj | 18 27 248 2 1 2 mia | 21 38 147 0 1 3 bal | 25 52 316 0 3 4 pit | 20 37 164 1 2 6 cle | 20 36 148 1 1 I would take that for a first year starter. Unfortunately JP hasn't even sniffed numbers like these yet.

Not as many yards, but hey, I'll take it when the mistakes and turnovers are limited.
