buffalo mike Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Since 1996. Well, guess we'll wait another 10 years while we rebuild.
Frez Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 O line stinks and we have a rookie QB. It's going to be like this all year.
Peter Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 You are absolutely correct about our line. It is funny how most of you and the Bills overlooked that and preferred to blame it on someone else whom the Bills released in the off season.
Brandon Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Yep. A rookie QB and a third rate OL are not a recipe for success in the NFL.
Fezmid Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 You are absolutely correct about our line. It is funny how most of you and the Bills overlooked that and preferred to blame it on someone else whom the Bills released in the off season. 453134 How many 3rd down sacks? A sack/fumble to end the game? An INT? Overthrowing and underthrowing receivers? Same old song and dance as we've had for the last ten years. *sigh* Important to remember that Williams was out today, and Villariel was out for the last few drives... Adds insult to injury. CW

buffalo mike Posted September 25, 2005 Author Posted September 25, 2005 O line stinks and we have a rookie QB. It's going to be like this all year. 453130 And the Dolphins will be in first place at 7pm.That alone would sober up the drunk.
Peter Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Drew deserved plenty of blame in his own right, just as Losman does for the losses the last two weeks. 453143 At least Drew can throw the ball -- especially down field. If the Bills had concentrated on rebuilding the o-line, we would be better able to throw the ball down field, which would open up the whole offense.
NavyBillsFan Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Hold on a sec! Your telling me all that top talent TD found this offseason is not paying off? TD searched every waiver wire for ever 7-11 in the country to bring in these top name guys!

If the Bills had concentrated on rebuilding the o-line, we would be better able to throw the ball down field, which would open up the whole offense. 453151 Unfortunately, rebuilding the O-line has been the last thing on this organization's mind. 2nd rate scrubs will get er' done.
seq004 Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 ....and here's one thing you can count on and that is most fans will start saying by November draft O-line first in the upcoming draft. Then by the end of the season our coaches will admit they may have to use a high pick on a stud offensive lineman. Then, all of a sudden by the time the combine comes around fans and coaches alike will say we can get by with not using our no 1 pick on the O-line and that we have other pressing needs. It's now late April and the Bills are on the clock and Paul Tagliebuger steps to the podium" With their first selection in the 2006 NFL draft the Buffalo Bills selects halfback whoever." Happens almost every year. I'm so tired of not making the playoffs.
1billsfan Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Since 1996. Well, guess we'll wait another 10 years while we rebuild. 453126 We have a bunch of pansies on our line. That 3rd down play where Losman fumbled, Teague was useless and Gandy gave up before the play was whistled over. It's sickening. At least JP is trying his best. While were at it, get that big fat baby Mike Williams off this team. Lastly, can we get Peters on the line please?????? That guy has heart at least.
mead107 Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 long year or not i am still hoping for 14wins
BillsFanM.D. Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 long year or not i am still hoping for 14wins 453197 Well put! I'm not sure about 14, but I'm still hoping for the playoffs. The Jets lost a stinker at home and the Pats may join us at 1-2. Oh, and the fins....nah!

WTF are we dooing- the game is won in the trenches. Quaterback after quaterback, a revolving door. Same result.
Peter Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Which Chicago Bear cast off will we go after in the off season?

seq004 Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Which Chicago Bear cast off will we go after in the off season? 453248 Now that's a great question for TD this week Pete.
1billsfan Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Yeah, because our OL looked so much better with MW on the sideline today. CW 453236 I know he didn't play. But he's soft and not worth 9 million a season. We need to say goodbye and goodluck to him. We need to overhaul this line and that 9 million will come in real handy.
