Hammered a Lot Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 the same as the last game. Due to Erie County $$ cuts there are less police for traffic control. From what I heard the Milestrip exit off of the 219 was very bad. Southwestern Blvd was also bad due to lack of police at Abbott and Southwestern. I would suggest listening to the traffic reports on 97 rock or try a southern approach to the Ralph.
Billsgirl Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 Oh my god... I usually go early to games but couldn't for the last one... Abbot and Southwestern were INSANE... I sat in front of the stadium for 15 minutes or so before the police realized we hadn't moved in awhile, then they let about five or six cars through before stopping us... it was so frustrating... I did get to watch a guy dancing on top of a bus with a Bills flag though, so that was slightly entertaining, especially when another guy in an army hat got up there too.
buffalobillsfootball Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 Went to the home opener - traffic in and out of LOT 5 was a breaze. I don't know what you guys are talking about.
Just Jack Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 I had no problem getting in and out of Hammer's Lot. Of course, I arrived at 6am and didn't leave till after 6:30pm.
EZC-Boston Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 arrived @ 7:30 for the opener, no issues at all...
