Would you do the following trade:

Give up: Carson Palmer and Kevin Jones

Receive: Matt Hasselbeck and Cadillac Williams

My other QB is Jake Delhomme and my other RB's are R. Brown, Willis McGahee, and T.J. Duckett.

Tough one. I'd be hesitant to give up Carson--he's poised to have a break-out year. I like Cadillac too--but I think I'd rather have Carson/Kevin Jones/Willis in my starting line-up than Hasselbeck/Cadillac/Willis. Carson Plamer could throw twice as many TD's as Hasselbeck this year.

I'm not sure how much better Cadillac will do than Kevin Jones--maybe 5-6 TD's and a few hundred yards, at best. Jones is a beast of a RB in his own right.

I don't think I would make that trade. Oddly, I too have Palmer and K. Jones on my team (as well as McGahee and Cadillac). I think Palmer and the Bengals offense are poised to do great things this year (I think they are going to be the next Colt/Chiefs offensive powerhouse). I think he is a cut above Delhomme. K.Jones should nearly as decent a season as Cadillac, and if the Lions offense ever clicks, Jones can get you some receiving yardage as well. So you really have to ask yourself, is it worth trading Palmer for Hasselbeck (I say no!) While Delhomme and Hasselbeck are both good QB's, I think they will suffer from lack of receiving talent. Don't make this trade!
