Lori Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Hey you forgot the BUFFALO score???? 444807 Umm, we're watching the Buffalo game. That's why the post read 'around the league'...
stuckincincy Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Yea it is its only 27-0 at the half..... 444806 Hmmm...are you forgetting the B'gals 0 for 14 years playoff drought?
daquixers_is_back Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Seems to me Holcomb WAS a starting QB last year and would have started for the Browns this year if they hadn't of pissed him off. To those slamming the idea -- you're defending something that led directly to 9 points for Tampa Bay. Losman is a newbie. Holcomb a seasoned veteran. With the Bills backed up to the 1-yard line on the road against a top-notch defense, I'd rather have experience out there than a young kid who's been off all game to that point. But hey, I guess I thought the idea was playoffs this year, not needlessly risking games for sake of seasoning our young QB. I'm not calling for a QB controversy, we just should have given JP a breather and calmed him down a little rather than needlessly feeding him to the wolves. 444808 Dude. Listen. If you take JP out of tough situations how is he going to learn? That is just ridiculous.
UConn James Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Around the league:JAX 0 IND 0 at halftime - no way. Feast or famine for the Colts, I guess. Who'd'uve thought after last year they'd be bad on O? Stuff like this has me not SO much sweating that our O isn't exactly lighting it up yet. TEN 13 BAL 0 444804 Hey! Baltimore's supposed to win the Super Bowl, don't you know? Someone needs to inform the Titans that they need to lose.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Roscoe better be back next weekend. He's the only hope I see.

Typical TBD Guy Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 What's equally crazy as comparing our D to the 85 Bears is saying that this first half performance was the D's fault. Up until that final 2-minute offensive drive, our O produced the following: 5 drives, 19 total yards, 0 first downs. Think about it. Come on, now.

There's no point in delaying it. I'm also not sure that Holcomb is a significant upgrade over Losman, and in fact, his lack of mobility might be a major detriment playing behind our OL.

Defense showing blitz....TIMEOUT QB SWITCH! 3rd and 20....QB SWITCH! Use your head man.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 JP gave up 2 points. The other 7 were the fault of the defense, plain and simple.
BengalBEVIS Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Hmmm...are you forgetting the B'gals 0 for 14 years playoff drought? 444812 I know BUFFALO that super bowl power house..
GripnRip Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 JP gave up 2 points. The other 7 were the fault of the defense, plain and simple. 444822 When a defense is on the field 22 minutes in a half you can't hold them at fault for giving up 7. Get the defense off the field and rested and they will shut them down. I blame the 7 on the offense too.
Typical TBD Guy Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Roscoe better be back next weekend. He's the only hope I see. 444815 Maybe, but our current slot reciever (Reed) is the only player on our team with a catch so far! Moulds and Evans are being shut out.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 Alright, 1st and 10 at the Bills' 45 yard line. Let's get the TD and lead here!
Lori Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 V-coach bulletin - Carnell Williams has a foot injury, and his return is questionable.

post modern age Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 What could Bengals fans possibly have against Bills fans to have to come to one of their fan forums and be a troll? Penis Envy.
