What RBs would you start

I can start three out of the following RBs....any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

C. Martin (NYJ - RB)

L. Jordan (OAK - RB)

W. Parker (PIT - RB)

C. Dillon (NE - RB)

D. Staley (PIT - RB)

C. Portis (WAS - RB)

D. Davis (HOU - RB)

J. Jones (DAL - RB)

 

Also, I need to drop one so I can pickup another WR, who would you think is expendable?

Definitely Jones and Parker.

 

For your third, I think the decision is between Jordan and Martin--and both are good plays. Martin has had some great games against Miami, so I think he'll be good for 100 yards and a score (I'm starting him myself). I think KC/Oak will be a shoot-out--which isn't necessarily a bad thing for Jordan. He'll probably get a lot of touches, whether running or catching. My gut tells me Jordan.
