SDS Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 LAMBEAU LEADER: In Green Bay’s home opener this Sunday against Cleveland, Packers quarterback BRETT FAVRE can establish the NFL record for most touchdown passes thrown by a player in a single stadium. Favre (178) needs three more TD passes in Lambeau Field to top the 180 mark set by JOHN ELWAY in Denver’s Mile High Stadium. Since becoming Green Bay’s starting quarterback in Week 4 of 1992, Favre has thrown for 23 TDs in the Pack’s past 12 home openers. He has thrown at least one TD pass in each of those 12 games. The top five TD pass totals by a QB in a single stadium: Quarterback Team Stadium TD Passes John Elway: Denver Broncos Mile High Stadium 180 Brett Favre: Green Bay Packers Lambeau Field 178 Dan Marino: Miami Dolphins Pro Player Stadium 155 Dan Fouts: San Diego Chargers Jack Murphy Stadium 137 Jim Kelly: Buffalo Bills Rich Stadium 127
KD in CA Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 I'd like to see those stats if you excluded each player's home stadium so you could see how well certain QBs ate up their rivils on the road.

Mantis Toboggan M.D Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 Peyton Manning will be on this list shortly
taterhill Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 Kelly has to be up there at Joe Robbie Stadium too
