Spikes16 Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 I , team A, need a RB for week 3 due to Dillon having a bye and my crappy drafting skills. Would you make this trade?? Team A gets. Travis Henry Jerry Porter Warrick Dunn Team B gets. Corry Dillon Isaac Bruce. I am team A. I can afford to trade Bruce due to the fact that I start Randy Moss and darrel Jackson. My other starting RB is Domanick Davis from Houston. Thanks for the help in advance. Quote

PastaJoe Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 Given a choice I'd start Bruce and trade Jackson. Any chance of dropping Morris and picking up someone off waivers for the bye week? If Henry gets hurt you're gonna be sunk, but if you keep Dillon and he gets hurt you at least have Faulk to carry on with as his replacement. I wouldn't do it. Quote

Maybe you could just trade a WR for Dunn...or pick up L. Gordon if available (he'll probably start for Miami by then). I wouldn't make a trade you are not happy with just for one week. Quote
Spikes16 Posted September 14, 2004 Author Posted September 14, 2004 Thanks, I made a counter offer D.Jackson for Warrick Dunn. Quote
BuffBills#1 Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 I would do that in a second. Travis Henry I think will be better then Dillon. Henry will loose some carries but the Patriots are very pass happy. Porter has much more potential then the declining Isacc Bruce. Then you throw Warrick Dunn in, and he's the icing on the cake.
