Most of the skins fans around here that I've spoken to don't exactly have their hopes up. More their shortcomings on offense than anything Bledsoe might do.

Dallas will win no doubt. Washington is horrible. But sure as the sky is blue- Drew will play poorly on MNF. I am really setting myself up here to eat some crow. Fact is if Drew plays well here- it will be the first time in his career he has played well on primetime

Tim Rattay had a 141 rating last week.  That should tell you all you need to know about passer ratings.

Yeah, recievers not named Terrell Owens are well known for hanging their QBs out to dry.  We'll see how long the honeymoon lasts.

Note to self:  Drew will be facing a big, fast blitzing defense THIS week that won't stop sending the kitchen.  Look for the fetal position at least 3 times.

I guess that is why the cowboys are a 6 point favorite. ;)

Yeah, because betting lines don't have anything to do with keep the action as close to even as possible. ;)

I'd have to go back and look but I'm pretty sure Dallas was favored to beat Washington both times last season, too. That doesn't mean Vinny Testaverde didn't suck.

True. This is probably why the line is so low.

Dallas will be hosting the skins in their home opener, coming off a big road win.

The skins have qb problems to say the least.

Trivia point: I have heard several times that the most important positions in figuring the line (in terms of player's health) are QB, and believe it or not CB.

Not totally relevant mind you......I just wanted to toss that in there. :o

I guess that means Drew is better than Mark Brunell - which is like saying "my steaming pile of crap" stinks less than your steaming pile of crap.

Most here figure Brunell to give it away at least twice. Skins defense is very good, but even with Bledsoe Dallas has the offensive edge. (I said offensive...)

Low score - Dallas 17 (seven off a Skins turnover) Washington 10.

Could be. Brunell has been conked on the noggin the past few, but his arm is pretty good, still. For me, it's a toss.

It's ONE game.  I saw enough of Buffalo Drew in that game to know what's coming.

Note to self: We shall see . . .
