nick in* england Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 I can't believe there aren't more posts praising Jason Peters!! He's the greatest player on this team. That catch surely cements his place as a starter on this offence!!
Bill from NYC Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 How about the tackle on special teams? The guy seemed to bounce of him and crash to the ground!
cåblelady Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 How about the tackle on special teams? The guy seemed to bounce of him and crash to the ground! 437190 People in my section were high-fiving after that tackle. Eric recorded the game for me and I watched it when I got home. I'm gonna watch it again this morning.
1billsfan Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 Special weapon? Tight end, fullback, tailback...you name it. I'm sure this "freak" will be more part of the offensive game plans in the future.
RuntheDamnBall Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 Ordering my custom Peters jersey right now.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 My favorite peters highlight was the kickoff after his TD. The poor bastard who got in his way was knocked 10 yards backwards
ch19079 Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 How about the tackle on special teams? The guy seemed to bounce of him and crash to the ground! 437190 i saw a replay of him running down the field. a guy tried to block him, he just ran in to him, gave a shove, and he guy went flying. Peters then continued twords the ball carrier, who was tackled by someone else... gave me a good laugh.
Tortured Soul Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 Ordering my custom Peters jersey right now. 437225 Yeah, where do we get the jersey?
Dan Gross Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 Ordering my custom Peters jersey right now. 437225 Gee are you sure the name will pass the NFL "bad word filter?"
BillsGuyInMalta Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 You cant stop the Peters, you can only hope to contain him. Next week...Jason Peters, the CB
Britbillsfan Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 You cant stop the Peters, you can only hope to contain him. Next week...Jason Peters, the CB 437544 You have insider knowledge? So that's whyt TD has not resigned Nate, already has the replacement on the team.......
Guffalo Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 Its just a shame that he spiked the ball and it went into the crowd, bet he wish he could get that back, for him and J.P.
LewPort71 Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 Its just a shame that he spiked the ball and it went into the crowd, bet he wish he could get that back, for him and J.P. 438502 On the post game radio show, they were commenting on who would have kept this ball since it was Peter's first TD and JP's first TD pass......A moot issue since the ball went into the stands... Did anyone else see JP toss the ball into the stands at the end of the game after he was finished with his interviews.....???
cåblelady Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 Did anyone else see JP toss the ball into the stands at the end of the game after he was finished with his interviews.....??? 438815 It was in our section....about four rows up and over. Security had to break it up.

***PetrinoInAlbany*** Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 I loved his quote after the game regarding the play ... "In practice, it always works against OUR defense ... and our defense is pretty good!" Classic. Oh ... great party ... great game ... gand a reat new QB.
BB27 Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 I did think that TD pass was beautiful. The D was totally distracted by JP figuring he would run that they left Peters all alone back there. That play wouldn't have worked last year.
Marv's Neighbor Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 It reminded me of Jim Kelly to Gus Ferotte(sp)
Mike32282 Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 I would love to get a photo of that touchdown catch. Some idiot jumped up in front of me and blocked my view right when Peters leaped in the air for the ball.
