Gambler Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 The Phins were very impressive against Denver. Frerotte lit up the Denver defense. This is not the same inept bunch of Dave Wannstedt and Jay Fiedler. (P.S. Wannstedt is 0-2 at Pitt - no surprise!) I hope the Bills don't take them lightly. AFC East is still the Beast of the NFL.
Fixxxer Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 I know I don't/won't take them lightly. Their defense is still stout and solid.
Mark VI Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 I remember Carolina beating Minny a few years back on opening weekend. Then they lost their next 15. Take them lightly ? With this fanbase wanting to beat them more than anyone every year ? ( including the Pats, diaper dandies ) You're joking, right ?
BuffBills#1 Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Hahaha, Miami will still be one of the worst 5 teams in the league.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Hahaha, Miami will still be one of the worst 5 teams in the league. And Denver might be worse. The tell-tale sign was them signing the Browns' castoffs.
Mark VI Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 And Denver might be worse. The tell-tale sign was them signing the Browns' castoffs. 436724 Good post. I thought the same thing , when they signed all those bad Cleveland DL. How telling is that ? As my friend Lancaster Steve said, Plummer is " Bledsoe Lite " and Shanahans' FA signings have been terrible since Elway retired. Was that All-Rep CB Champ Bailey getting torched by the Dolphins today ? At least he has a huge paycheck. Denver = RJ
Wiz Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 And Denver might be worse. The tell-tale sign was them signing the Browns' castoffs. 436724 ...and taking Clarett in the third round.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Alex Gibbs is also no longer around as OL coach. I wonder if Shanny gets the boot after this season, or have his 2 SB wins in the past bought him time despite several years of mediocrity?
Assquatch Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 And Denver might be worse. The tell-tale sign was them signing the Browns' castoffs. 436724 Don't forget the Bills LT and RG are Chicago Bears castoffs.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Don't forget the Bills LT and RG are Chicago Bears castoffs. Villarrial wasn't a castoff. Gandy was, but he's getting the best coaching he ever has.

seadog Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 I think it was just too hot on the field for the Bronco's and they wore down in those dark uniforms. Why does Saben have 50 coaches anyway he has like two or three coaches for each position.
jester43 Posted September 12, 2005 Posted September 12, 2005 wanny was at my h.s. recruiting one of our football players last spring. UNFORTUNATELY i did not find out he was there 'til after he left. i wanted a picture with wanny so bad. how funny would that be?
