Sound_n_Fury Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Well, that was certainly impressive for essentially a rookie debut. JP looked more comfortable today than I've ever seen him. A big dose of the credit has to go to Wyche who seems to have done the perfect job of getting JP ready for this game. Take a bow, Sam.
Fan in San Diego Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Ohh ! Yaaa ! Send him his Christmas bonus now !
jarthur31 Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 Let's hope Wyche isn't offered a more substantial lucrative offer to coach elsewhere after the season. We need him to mentor JP.

MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 11, 2005 Posted September 11, 2005 What is he gonna do elsewhere? Be an OC? A HC? Doubtful. At best he'd probably be offered the same position and I doubt he'd leave, unless he were paid a ton of money. Even then I would expect him to get a slight raise and stay.

I hope he hides out upstairs at the Ralph for quite a few years. I was wondering, how much do you suppose he serves as a consultant to MM? (In matters other than qb's) I never thought about it before, but what a huge asset for a relatively new head coach.
