Allright, so I,m laying in bed, eating my room service western omlette, reading the LA times, Countdown on, no kids, all at 8.00 am. Getting ready to pound some beers in a hr getting ready for the game. 1.00pm game over, bills victory, head to the commerce casino to play some cards.

It was weird living in Hawaii - ordering pizza and drinking beer for a 7 AM kickoff. Superbowl at 1 PM was cool, though.

That's one of the things I love most about football on the left coast. I hated it the one year they started the games at 5 p.m. because you'd get home in time for the second quarter...until TIVO came around.

What would be wrong with that? The 9:15PM East Coast starting times are a killer. I either have to be out at a bar or standing up in the living room in order to stay awake for the whole game which usually ends between 12:30 and 1:00AM.
