The following week we closed the season beating the NY Jets 34-14 at Shea Stadium, but wore white jerseys with blue pants .. same helmet as we'll have on today and ... Last time we wore them for a home opener was 1973, against NY Jets, we won 9-7 on 30th Sep 1973 another win in them beckons today lads ...
