ExiledInIllinois Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 What is so funny, Comrade? Criminal Bush and Dick Cheney's Halliburton oil industry reaps immense profits from the inexplicable and sudden gas price hike. 438663 Diabolic laugh... Should have used... And from now on, I will ask the questions!
KD in CA Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 Bush probably got his plans from watching General Hospital while binge drinking in the '80s. He's been having those Luke and Laura fantasies about he and Condi again, right?
Thurman's Helmet Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 Picard > Ming 438367 Princess Aura > Counselor Troi P.S Do NOT google Ornella Muti (Princess Aura) if you're at work
KD in CA Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 .....the soft underbelly of the US has been exposed to the world, and to our enemies. That would be the soft underbelly of the ignorant portion of our people that immediately rush to blame our leaders in hopes of discrediting them for political gain while the world watches? It's indisputible, and indefensible. 435793 No doubt. Glad to see that it isn't stopping you.
Fan in Chicago Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 No matter WHO is to blame, the soft underbelly of the US has been exposed to the world, and to our enemies. We just are not prepared to handle a major emergency. We had plenty of warning and still blew it. It's indisputible, and indefensible. 435793 What has really been exposed is our weak societal structure. How the residents rapidly became looters, arsonists and (neighbor's) back stabbers is the real tragedy. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=29314

It's basic human behavior that's been repeated over and over again throughout recorded history.

If human behavior degenerates to such low levels how can the society, made up of such human beings, classify itself as superior ? What credibility do we have when we go to seemingly less developed countries and espouse our way of living ? The concept of happiness is not directly related to material wealth and carnal pleasures in all parts of the world.
