NFL's Most Disappointing Teams

1994 Buffalo Bills

7-9

The Bills played in their third straight Super Bowl in 1993, when they lost to the Cowboys for second time, and had no reason to believe they wouldn't get another shot in '94. But the new collective bargaining agreement's salary cap hurt the Bills' depth that season. Then a rash of injuries, including one to QB Jim Kelly (pictured) decimated the roster, and they lost four of their last five games. On top of the disgrace on the field, the franchise's most famous player ever, O.J. Simpson, was involved in his famous double-murder investigation beginning in June of '94.

Jeez...this guy can't even get our notorious claim to fame right.
