1billsfan Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 How appropriate would it be if the Raiders could beat the Patriots this Thursday and signal the beginning of the end of their run. The Raiders got robbed with Brady's non-called fumble in the snow at Foxboro Stadium, so perhaps they can put the first nail in their coffin in the 2005 opener. I could see an upset at Gillette on Thursday night.
stuckincincy Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 I could see an upset at Gillette on Thursday night. 429923 I could see me winning the Mega Millions drawing tonight.
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 I could see me winning the Mega Millions drawing tonight. 429950 I could see me hooking up with those two lovely ladies in your avatar
1billsfan Posted September 5, 2005 Author Posted September 5, 2005 I hope they tieI hate both teams 429946 Dolphins and Cowboys...those are a couple of truly hatable NFL teams. I think the NFL would have a more boring history without the Oakland Raiders, you need the villans. That being said, I'm rooting for them big time come Thursday night.
Albany,n.y. Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 I could see an upset at Gillette on Thursday night. 429923 I guess if you went to Gillette Stadium with a Video player & a tape of last year's Patriots at Dolphins game, you could see the Patriots get upset.

jarthur31 Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 Why do we want to see the Faiders on a winning streak? We have to play them at the Black Hole again this year.
MDH Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 The Raiders got robbed with Brady's non-called fumble in the snow at Foxboro Stadium, 429923 I'll jump in here and say it before Hollywood Donahoe does: The Raiders didn't get robbed. The way the rule is written, the right call was made. It's an odd rule, I'll admit, but it was the correct call based on that rule.
duey Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Dude...the Raiders have absolutely NO defense to speak of. Unless they can score 50 points a game...they're toast.

Thurman's Helmet Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Uh-oh, Randy Moss? Warren Sapp? We've heard of those guys, we recognize their names! WE'RE DOOMED!!!!!!
gantrules Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Yeah, because it obviously ruined the franchise when Buffalo walked over them in the first game of the season a couple years ago......
Thurman's Helmet Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Honestly, anything can happen in the NFL and you can never say never but Oakland is a shell of its former self and is pretty one dimensional. Belichick will force Oakland out of its strength and the Pats should win going away
