IBTG81 Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 A !@#$ing amazing show, with tons of energy. They are an awesome band, and even better live. They did an acoustic cover of "Ring of Fire", which was great.
NorCal Aaron Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 You must be pleased with the growth of your newly formed vulva.

Chef Jim Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Yeah, because Coldplay isn't popular at all... 429141 Yeah, and so were the Archies. That's why they call it Pop.
NorCal Aaron Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Yeah, because Coldplay isn't popular at all... 429141 Massengill is a top seller too, Apple.

I'm only 26. Coldplay, JP's band, all of 'em... -Jeff

Now as far as bands like Hoobastank, Good Charlotte, Default and the gawd-awful Trapt go, or any of the other crap they play on the Edge ad nauseum, I'm not sure I could tell you the difference.
Sloppy Seconds Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 You must be pleased with the growth of your newly formed vulva. 429116 you just made me laugh out-loud
Kmac Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 You know how I know you're gay? You like Coldplay
IBTG81 Posted September 4, 2005 Author Posted September 4, 2005 You know how I know you're gay? You like Coldplay 429231 Yawn. Already said in a different thread. Nice 40 YOV reference, though.
Wacka Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Who the hell is Coldplay? All the crap out now sounds the same.

todd Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 People can say what they like about coldplay, but all you do is demonstrate your inability to recognize excellent songwriting.

I must hand it to them and say that they are the only band I am aware of that imitates him, and they do a fine job at it. Most bands lack the imagination and simply imitate Pearl Jam.

Yes, obvious differences. The other ones all sound the same to me.
IBTG81 Posted September 5, 2005 Author Posted September 5, 2005 Not even in "Clocks?" 429311 I don't hear Sting either.
