And between 200 and 300,000 people still need to be evacuated from the city. 2,400 people are still waiting to be evacuated from the Superdome. Are those numbers right? 200-300k people left doesn't fit with "80% of the city evacuated", and 2400 left at the Superdome is about an order of magnitude lower than what they've been implying.
