mtdoak Posted August 31, 2005 Share Posted August 31, 2005 Ok, Here's the deal. I'm a lifelong bills fan from the Horseheads/Elmira/Corning area. I've been to 2 Bills games, Jacksonville Wildcard game in '96, and the Tenn/Buffalo home opener in '00. I'm currently living in Detroit and will be meeting a friend in Cleveland who is a Texans fan. We will be up there mid Saturday afternoon. He has never been to Buffalo, so the plan is to: Go to Niagara Falls (the canadian side, of course) and to hit up the Anchor Bar in downtown Buffalo. After that, probably retire to an inexpensive hotel and play some madden. The question is: Where to stay? I'm looking for a reasonable hotel within a quick drive of the stadium that isn't a crap hole. I also would appreciate any info about good tailgates going on (I remeber reading somewhere there's a TBD one going on...). Also, both Bills games I went to were with my Dad, and I haven't been there in 5 years, so I can't remember where the best parking was. Any advice would be great!
