Hee Hee...

"By not putting Rogers on injured reserve, the Cowboys simply gave up on him, convinced he'd never be able to contribute even if healthy. Dallas took him with the 52nd pick and was hoping the All-American from Southern Cal could've been their starting right tackle last season, then again this season. He ended up playing just two games, both on special teams.

"(Drafting) is an inexact science,'' coach Bill Parcells said. "You're going to have some of these.''".

And that leaves Dallas with a rookie 6th-round pick starting at RT, with a UDFA backing him up.

And Dallas opens the season on the road at San Diego, a 3-4 defense. Somewhere around here I've got the stat on Drew's record vs. 3-4 defenses. Hint: it's not very good.

Although he's only played 2 NFL games, if I'm a GM (see Donahoe) I sign this kid to a low end 2 year deal and hope he develops into a LT that many thought he would do coming out of USC.
