The incident comes on the heels of last week's announcement by Comcast that two customer service representatives in Chicago were fired after they changed a woman's name to "B word Dog" on her bill. She had repeatedly complained about bad service.

 

I'd like their resumes. We need that kind of attitude around here.

Geez...another hyper sensitive 'victim' that the idiots rush to console. How on earth could anyone be "extremely upset" by a form letter?

 

Maybe someone should get him a date with the fat women. :devil:
