The Jokeman Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 I'm in a 10 team keeper league and I've already chosen to keep Domanick Davis and Julius Jones and now trying to choose my 3rd keeper. I'm debating between Fitzgerald and Whitten. In my league we get a point a reception and get bonuses based on yards gained. We must play a TE and think Whitten might reproduce is numbers from last year and might even improve due to Drew liking the TE. Of course Fitzgerald had a great first preseason game with Warner and could only get better with his youth. I've tossed in Brooks and Bell as options but consider them long shots now. Thoughts? Quote
drnykterstein Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 I base it on whats available in the draft. All those players I rate pretty equal. If there are no TE's keep witten, no WR's keep fitz, no QB's keep brooks, and no rb's keep Bell. keep what you won't be able to pick up in the draft. Quote

Though as things stand now think the only TEs off that will be frozen our Gonzo and Gates. In terms of WRs too many to mention but all the class A guys will definately be gone. Brooks is an average QB in our league because of his inconsistancy. Not many RBs will be available but the only reason I'd keep Bell is there a few questions about Davis and Jones and would prevent Bell from going to another team and we can only play a max of 2 RBs per week, if could play more I'd probably keep Bell over Fitz or Witten.
