Justice Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 I expected the Bills to lose to Oakland. Now that game is a must win. If we win that one then we are right where we need to be. Do I think we can win? Sure, but we'll have to make our kicks , stop getting penalties , stop turning over the ball and play with some damn heart when the game is on the F'in line.
CosmicBills Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a must win game for the Bills, but it certainly is more important than if we had won yesterday. Winning will set a good tone going into the off week and allowing us to get ready for NE. But even if we lose (which I don't think we will), it's not the end of our season. Hell, we could start out 0-3 and still end up winning 8 or 9 games.
gantrules Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 Lord knows that's the truth. Both the Iggles and the Pats lost their opening games last year. And Bmore, KC and Indy lost this week. It happens. We're going to have to win one we aren't suppose to. Note to self: Stay optimistic!!!!
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 I think the Oakland game is a must-win. I don't think that's really going out on a limb at all.
