MadBuffaloDisease Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 I'm sure they're still in negotiations, and that a sticking point is injury protection for the Bills should Everett never play again. Considering he's a mid-3rd round pick and they don't make much, I would just get it done. But then again, since he's not going to be playing for months, there's no rush and it would be smart on the Bills' part to wait and GET that injury clause in the contract. d_wag Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 we all know who his agent is, and he currently has bigger fish to fry.....they'll get around to everett's contract, but there really is no big rush......i doubt the injury will have any effect on the deal -- he's slotted and will get paid as such.....
