I don't think so, he's not durable, and he's shown diminishing returns. I think I also remember noting that he played poorly in the Super Bowl against NE. I think this is all just wishful thinking from media and fans around the Eagles, because Simon is just not worth the money he's asking, so right off the bat there is little interest.
