Ghost of BiB Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 I thought it was supposed to start at 7. 212 has some locker room Cincinatti or whoever crap on it.
Ghost of BiB Posted August 6, 2005 Author Posted August 6, 2005 It just came on, thanks - I feel better now.
stevestojan Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Updates please? 400135 first real play was a reverse to evans... best (scariest) part was that his lead blocker was LOSMAN!!!
stevestojan Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Losman looking good. Completion to Parish followed by completion to Campbell. Looks VERY confident.
Tux of Borg Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 JP looked good with that pass to Moulds. He had a DE in his face, he set his feet and made a good throw.
Brandon Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 -Run blocking has been a bit iffy early in this scrimmage. Gandy hasn't been an obvious weak point in pass protection. -Losman looked good on the first drive. 3/4 passing, two first downs. His miss was due to the CB (Carroll) holding against Lee Evans. He was also decisive and got the ball out quickly. -Moulds had a nice catch, breaking a tackle for a first down. -Parrish also made a good catch on an out pattern on third down. -McGee probably would've had a TD on the opening kickoff had it been a real game, though you wonder how hard the Packers were pursuing (the Packers PR also had a big return).
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 still would be nice to get some push on run blocking. Willis had to keep cutting back to look for a hole, but it's only the 1st scrimmage so I won't complain to much. Losman looked good, as did evans/moulds/parrish
MadBuffaloDisease Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Yeah, run-blocking has been weak. JP looked great. If not for Ahmad Carroll holding Evans, which should have been called, he possibly could have had a TD, and at least should have had a 1st down. But on that drive they punted on 3rd down, which I guess is because they get 10 plays a drive or something.
Brandon Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 -Nate just had a near-pick of Brett Favre. Also, Kelsay is giving the Packers RT some problems.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Forgot to mention Gandy not having much problem with KGB. Frankly if Gandy can man his position, I think I'd like Preston to start at center. Seemed like a lot of the running problems were because of Teague.
stevestojan Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Ok, by my count, that was 6th down for the packers....
Brandon Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 They're getting 10 plays, I think, regardless of whether they actually get a first down.
Corp000085 Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Ok, by my count, that was 6th down for the packers.... 400146 looks like the refs are in favre's soiled shorts pocket that lee evans pass interference was a perfect touchdown pass in the reg. season.
TheMadCap Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Sam Adams basically picked up thier T and threw him into Favre...
stevestojan Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 They're getting 10 plays, I think, regardless of whether they actually get a first down. 400149 ahhh.. thanks. thought i was going nuts.
