Beerball Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Linky 399645[/snapback] Thanks, I was wondering what had become of Fernando Souza.
BRH Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 This is annoying. On a night when Buffalo quarterback J.P. Losman, the Bills’ No. 1 choice from a year ago, looked so-so, Rodgers looked sharp, maybe even sharper than Brett Favre. JP was playing against the Packers' starters and Favre was going against one of the best defenses in the league. Rodgers was going against a bunch of guys who are just biding time until the Arena League season starts up.
eball Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 our 4th string defense can't hang with rodgers. he owns us.
Alaska Darin Posted August 5, 2005 Author Posted August 5, 2005 Doomed. Let the QB controversy in Cheeseheadland begin...
bartshan-83 Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Nice, bro. Always good to hear what the other side is seeing as a change of pace. The writer did seem a little too excited about Aaron Rodgers' ability to exploit our stud LB, Wendell Hunter.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 If our 3rd string Defense cant hang with Aaron Rodgers, the Bills might as well just fold up the season and move to LA. And its all Tom Donahoe's fault!
Ramius Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 i really cant believe how impressed the writer was that rogers and a good number of starters moved the ball against (insert bills defense camp fodder name #1 here) and they beat (insert bills defense camp fodder name #2 here). Meanwhile, rogers exploited the matchup of (insert packers starter vs insert bills defense camp fodder name #3 here) for a TD... Since they just finished marino's and Young's, i suggest canton get to work on Roger's bust right away...
boomerjamhead Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Things might be a little different if AR had the entire wieght of his franchise placed on his shoulders. I wish the kid success, but the article is a tad much.

Sound_n_Fury Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Never fear, the D will help JP out: The Bills’ Sam Adams, who is listed at 335 but makes 345-pound Grady Jackson look like a baby brother, overpowered guard Atlas Herrion and center Mike Flanagan. Tim Anderson, a second-year defensive tackle, also ran over the top of Flanagan and put Herrion on the ground. Ron Edwards, who weighs 320 and also starts inside for the Bills, made guard Aaron Klemm look bad twice. He beat him inside, then outside. Herrion and Klemm worked with the first unit. “Thumbs up for Sam,” said Larry Beightol, the Packers’ offensive line coach. “Not so good for us.”
