FYI

Mammoth offensive tackle Jonas Jennings was held out of practice Wednesday due to a finger injury. The injury is not considered serious, although Jennings did undergo an MRI exam as a precautionary measure, according to the San Jose Mercury News. Jennings was the Niners' prize free agency signing back in March.

Jennings has been getting quite a bit of press here in the Bay Area, not just because he's the "prize free agent", but because he's been in a number of brawls during training camp.

The "flipping somebody off" comment might just be true!

jonas is a very good 12-game season LT. too bad he came along too late and has to play in the 16-game variety.

Exactly. Why the hell are they wasting an MRI on a finger! How the '9ers have fallen.

Naw, if that was the case, he'd play in 8 of 12.

I'm expecting him to get hurt, but even if he doesn't, he got WAY too much money for his talent level. Sometimes I wish the Bills had kept him at RT, where he could have been all-pro and cheaper, and drafted Levi Jones. Oh if only the Bills had McNally back then!

Yeah - Bill's fans would have screamed bloody murder back then, just like B'gals fans did. :)

16. Jonas can go now. His injuries continue to be the "unlucky" type. It's a matter of time until he blows our both knees sitting down at a buffet. Loser.
