Lets remember that the offense ALWAYS looks rusty during training camp. They have ALOT of information to digest in a very short amount of time. Reads and options and stunts and technical stuff 0:)

Compare to the defense who just has to remember to KILL THE MAN WITH THE BALL

Dare one say "smear the queer?"

I remember back in pee-wee football we played that all the time... until some PC parent heard us say that. So, we changed the name to "Kill the quarterback" and never heard another word.... 0:)

Not only that but there was a lot less significant turnover on D than O. And, oh, let's not forget the fact that they were the #2 D in the NFL last year. I can't think of anyone else I'd like to see JP and the "new" offense practice against for the next month....

Whenever my team practices the offense is slow to get started. I've been in this offence and system for over 12 seasons, and there are always new reads, plays, objectives to get to grips with and it takes a while to figure it out in your head.

JP and the whole offence are still learning to play together. O takes wayyy more skill and coordination that playing D so it'll take time to take shape. Don;t sweat it too much.

Oh and don't forget - our D is loaded up with pro-bowlers and is looking like being one of the greatest D's of all time. So if they give our new O some trouble, I'll shrug that off for now...

The defense has an advantage because they already KNOW the Bills' Offensive playbook.

The GB scrimmage will reveal a lot more than playing against our own defense.

BTW. If JP had been lighting it up at camp would that alone make him Joe Montana?

Other than the fact they both have black hair, I don't see any resemblance between RJ and JP.

Look at the video (Bills.com) of JP arriving at camp. Except for the hair, there are times that he has certain facial expressions when he reminds me a lot of Springsteen. Let's hope he has some "Glory Days" are in the near future.

My wife had a minor scuffle with some troll's mom this weekend. Wife and kids are out shopping for a B-day gift. There is a kid running amok (amok amok amok) through the store, tearing down displays and making a general PitA of himself. My wife being the educator she is...asks the kid to stop and asks if him mom knows where he is. Next thing my wife knew, MOMZILLA was coming at her with both barrels. The first thing she said to my wife was "don't you know what you are doing to his self esteem?" I kid you not. She then called my wife 'sick' in front of my two kids, and told her she probably couldn't afford to shop at that store anyway. Ten years ago my wife would have gone ballistic and killed the woman or at least beat her senseless, but on this day she was literally speechless. Lucky for momzilla.

Here's some POS mom who has obviously never discliplined her kid because it might harm his self esteem. Hope he never gets a 'C' in any of his classes. Poor kid would be crushed.

Let's see three practices where he has been rusty and hurried. Hummm... at what point is he responsible for himself being rusty.

Goodthing he stayed in Buffalo practicing and working with Wyche all sping and summer so he would not lay an egg once camp started. 0:)

You are exactly right...after 3 practices, its painfully obvious that JP isnt the long term solution for the bills...we should just cut him now, so he isnt taking reps away from a more deserving QB... 0:)

Did I say we were doomed? I just asked for an honest answer at what point if it continues are we allowed to question the decision?

Why? Are you gonna circle that date on your calendar? You sound as if you are eagerly anticipating the day you can say "I told you so."

If you are already complaining now, I don't think any date Ramius or anyone else offers is going to stop you.
