Carolina pulled pork is one of the few things all three of my kids agree on. Slow cooked pork butt soaked in a mixture of vinegar, ketchup, red pepper flakes, onion, jalapeño etc. Plenty of good smoke--in 7-8 hours you have the best roast you could imagine.
