OnTheRocks Posted July 26, 2005 Author Posted July 26, 2005 i think there is something interesting to point out. i looked at the graph at the bottom of the page that shows where he falls....Moderate, Conservative, Liberal, Populist, Libertarian.... and every Justice falls into the "moderate" category. do you think that is really accurate????

Its all subjective to how they perceive him to be.
