I would never consider picking someone with a long judicial record- that would be crazy. 385337[/snapback] I get your sentiment, but the judiciary is like other trades and crafts - the ability to deal with complications, the nuances, the tricks of the trade etc. come of lengthy experience. And much of the job is not involved with the marquee issues - a goodly portion of the cases involve adjudication of mundane contracts, torts, private entities vs. the States and so forth.
