Justice Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 Between last season's opening day buzzer beater loss and what turned out to be Jim Kelly's last game playoff loss I really hate the Jags. I don't want to help that team not one bit.
Mike32282 Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 They showed the end of that last year's game during a "top 10 plays of the year" highlight video on ESPN Sports Center on Wednesday night.

C.Biscuit97 Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 Plus, we may be battling them for a wildcard spot.
Justice Posted July 16, 2005 Author Posted July 16, 2005 Plus, we may be battling them for a wildcard spot. 383359 That too. That team is a team on the rise.
Justice Posted July 16, 2005 Author Posted July 16, 2005 Dont forget R J another reason to hate them. 383366 Thanks for mentioning RJ. I finally blocked that guy out of my head and here you go ruining a otherwise perfect Saturday afternoon.

Justice Posted July 17, 2005 Author Posted July 17, 2005 So those two moments against the Jags is more infuriating to you than the forward lateral of the Titans? 383410 We're still one up on them for that one. 35-3 comeback clearly hurts more than losing by one lucky play. The Jags on the other hand knocked Kelly out. On his last game ever! Those 4th down conversions in last year's opener still leave a bitter taste in my mouth.
Puhonix Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 For you, br thankful the trade went to Tennessee. Unless they have a miracle comeback, you'll get a better draft pick from th Flaming Thumbtacks.

For the owners and players it's just a business. The Tennessee Titans are not the Houston Oilers. The Houston Texans are a better extension of the Houston Oilers. The 35-3 comeback was a win against the NFL team from Houston. The fans in Tennessee don't give a crap about that, they probably don't even remember it.

I, however, knew they were all hype.
TheMadCap Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 It's ok. I give them a pass. All you have to do is repeat..... 62-7......62-7........62-7........Bye, bye Danny-boy!

DieHardBillsFan Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 I have to agree with you about hating the Jags. I've hated them since the late 90's or 2000 season when they had the playoffs handed to them playing only 2 games against a .500 + (Titans both times) team finishing 14-2 and lost to them again in the playoffs. That was a season the bills should have had a birth. That team always seems to find a way to punk not only the Bills but the entire NFL. Best game against them was when Flutie ran the game winner in the end zone. Think it was in Playoffs. I miss Flutie. (Nothing against Losman)

What are we all talking about. Nothing is more bitter then when the Titans had there Miracle on us during the playoffs. I HATE them too. Just as much as the Jags at least. We had that game against the Titans and they went to the SB and lost by a yard. That year the Bills were more then a yard better then the Titans. They stole the SB from us. Changed my mind. Still hate Titans more.

BTW, the Flutie game was regular season, but I think the Jags were undefeated coming into the game.

Or would Flutie really have prevented that forward lateral?
