canadian bill Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 The Seahawks could turn to Travis Henry as insurance against a lengthy contract dispute with Shaun Alexander. from www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm Don't know how much truth is in that but why would Travis wan't to go here to back up Shawn Alexander. I wish he would just get over it and stay. He is one of the best running backs Buffalo has seen. Plays with broken bones and he is just a great workhorse.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Thats a hell of a trick to get Thurman out of retirement.
PTS Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Well after seeing Kelly go to the Cowboys and Jeff Wright go to the Vikings this offseason, I guess I could see Thurman in a Seahawks uni.
taterhill Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I also heard Dan Fouts will be going to the 49ers
Buftex Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Thats a hell of a trick to get Thurman out of retirement. 380822 I wouldn't want him at this point!
BillsGuyInMalta Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I wouldn't want him at this point! 380826 Where's Antowain Smith when you need him? Oh...thats right...doing light yardwork for me.
canadian bill Posted July 13, 2005 Author Posted July 13, 2005 I couldn't figure out why everyone started talking about Thurman until I read the title.

duey Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Ah...you've gotta love the enthusiasm of those newbies. All excited about posting to the point of f'ing the whole thing up!
JinVA Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I couldn't figure out why everyone started talking about Thurman until I read the title. 380833 The good news is you will never make THAT mistake again. Welcome.

We'll be lucky to get a 4th rounder from the Seahawks.
HurlyBurly51 Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Where's Antowain Smith when you need him? Oh...thats right...doing light yardwork for me. 380832 Beleive it or not he's still drawing an NFL paycheck down in N'awlins.

The Tomcat Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Let them keep Alexander...I'd like that Largent fellow!
taterhill Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 there must be way to get either Curt Warner or Jim Zorn out of Seattle if we trade Thurman
Ramius Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Why don't they just re-sign Ricky Watters? 380860 I believe he still holding out for a contract, seeing how his last offer a few years ago topped out at 1.5 mil per season, and he called it a slap in the face...
