MadBuffaloDisease Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 All we know is it's cursed for QB's. Let's just hope that he doesn't throw any option passes!

Ghost of BiB Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 Or Kick--remember Scott Norwood 372446 Must I?
MadBuffaloDisease Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 Or Kick--remember Scott Norwood Good point. No 47-yard, potentially SB-winning, FG attempts on grass for Roscoe!
stuckincincy Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 Perhaps #11 is the only double-digit number that won't wrap around his flanks?
OBXBILLSFAN Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 I know it's the offseason when all we have to worry about is a "cursed" number.
The_Real Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 In my best Keanu Reeves voice, "Dude, Rob Johnson was waaay good. He won a super bowl you know." t-r
Ennjay Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 I thought he got 11 because he was our highest pick (#1 but not first round) and a second round pick (= 1 + 1). And he's skinny.
BillsFanForever19 Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 roscoe parrish isn't gonna keep # 11. (you asked) 372577 I'm going to have to disagree with you there. I work for Dick's Sporting Goods in Rochester (Marketplace Mall location) and we have IN STOCK, Roscoe Parrish #11 Throwbacks. They almost never OFFICIALLY release a draft pick's jersey for sale until that player has made a final decision on his number.
clayboy54 Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 The gave him #11 to make sure that for the forseeable future no QB or K will be given the chance to ruin their careers.
JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted July 1, 2005 Author Posted July 1, 2005 They should be selling "Parrish" name plates to replace the Bledsoe ones. They'd make a killing!
EC-Bills Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 I thought he got 11 because he was our highest pick (#1 but not first round) and a second round pick (= 1 + 1). And he's skinny. 372635 You know, just because he has an eating disorder doesn't mean you have to make fun of him

TigerJ Posted July 3, 2005 Posted July 3, 2005 With the number of WRs on the roster, I don't think teams have enough high numbers to give them to all WRs. Once the season starts, I think the league has rules that would prevent WRs from having a # usually worn by a QB. I think you might be able to get throwback Roscoe Parrish jerseys with the #11 real cheap at Dick's Sporting Goods in a few months.
